School Clubs

FEJS has an array of clubs and activities which are on offer, both at breaktime/ lunchtime and after school. We encourage the children to take part in clubs to learn different skills and to meet new friends! We also offer free 'Wrap Around Care' which runs from 8:00am-5:30pm to support parents/carers whilst they are at work. We also have 'Multi-sports Club' which runs straight after school.

Fairfield Foodies

What a fantastic start to the year with the year 5 Fairfield Foodies. This term they have learnt about safe use of equipment, utensils, knifes, hobs and ovens. They made cupcakes for the Macmillan event, fabulous flapjack, scrumptious sausage rolls and in their final week made spaghetti Bolognese. 

Lego Club with Brick Corner - October 14th 2023

The year 4 children have been very creative in this session with Mr Vincent and have been building vehicles. They created vehicles such as planes, space ships and cars either on their own or as a team.

Fairfield Foodies 16th November 2023

The year 5 Fairfield Foodies have created some delicious sausage rolls today during cooking club. 

Lego Club with Brick Corner - 21st November 2023

What a super second session for the year 4 children in Lego Club this week. They were asked to build buildings. We had the start of a hospital, a mansion, a woodland house, a café and much more. Some of the children teamed up to work together to create their builds and once again showed fantastic team work.

Chess Club 23rd October 2023

There was a great turnout for the first chest club of the term hosted by Mr Pace. It was great to see so many children enjoying a good game of chess.

Lego Club with Brick Corner - 28th November 2023

A fantastic 3rd session for the year 4 children in Lego Club this week, they were asked to build animals. One child built a Pet Shop, we had spiders and made up mythical animals, beavers and much more. Some of the children worked together as a team or independently. It is great to see their imagination in action.

The Year 5 Fairfield Foodies cooking club have made delicious chocolate chip biscuits this week.

Lego Club with Brick Corner - 5th December 2023

This week the children were given the task of creating a build around sci-fi and what fantastic builds they did. The children really seemed to enjoy this objective and they showed good co operation skills when working together as teams.

Fairfield Foodies - 8th December 2023

This week the children got into the spirit of Christmas and made their own pastry for the mince pies they created.
